Application Procedure

Admission form will be procured from College Fee Counter on payment of Rs. 1200/- for each program (Timings: 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM).
Candidates can apply online on our website: https://sunbeamwcv.com by paying through debit card, credit card, or net banking.
Fill up the admission form separately for each program and return it to the College Fee Counter along with xerox copies of mark sheets (X & XII) and other certificates for academic, cultural, and sports achievements.
Candidates applying online need not submit their forms in the office. They should bring the printed form on the day of counselling.

Counselling

Appear for counselling along with parents.
Original documents to be brought:
- Class X & XII mark sheets (Original & Xerox)
- Other certificates (if any)

Registration for Admission

Shortlisted students must register for admission by submitting the registration form along with the fee at the fee counter.
Documents to be submitted:
- Transfer Certificate (Original)
- Migration Certificate (Original)
- Character Certificate (Original)
- Four passport-size photographs
- Copy of Aadhaar Card (Student & Parents)
- APAAR ID
- Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC/Minority)
- Divyang / EWS certificates

Transport

Fill the transport form (if applicable) and submit at fee counter and collect bus card after two days.

Note: Candidates taking provisional admission must submit all the above-mentioned documents within one month from the date of admission.
